Emergency

If you are thinking of suicide or are in an emergency crisis, consider the following resources:

FREE: Call or text the Suicide Prevention Hotline at 988 to connect immediately with a crisis support counselor. You can request to talk to someone specialized in Veteran, Spanish, or LGBTQIA+ care.

FREE: Download the SafeUT App to text or call a counselor.

COST: Wasatch Crest substance use treatment provides a full continuum of care (RTC, PHP, IOP and Virtual IOP) and provides gender specific residential treatment and co-ed outpatient treatment in Park City and Heber Utah. Mental Health Challenge

If you are dealing with a mental health challenge, consider the following resources:

FREE: 211 is a national hotline that connects you to a specialist that will direct you to local resources and assistance for finances, food, clothing, shelter, housing, health care, addiction, education, employment, parenting, and more.

COST: In-Network therapy is a more affordable option to help you find a therapist. Contact your HR team to learn more about in-network therapy options. 

Just a Bad Day or Wanting to Maintain Good Mental Health
